A single hard-inquiry request pulls the full Equifax File One® credit file and appends BNI 5.0, a 1-to-999 bankruptcy-risk score built on Metro 2® tradelines, inquiries and refreshed public-record feeds. The report highlights any open or discharged Chapter 7/11/12/13 filings, tags affected tradelines, and returns the score plus four reason codes in the same ACRO XML/MISMO/JSON response (≤ 2 s round-trip). BNI 5.0’s gradient-boost model lifts KS 17 % over the prior generation and predicts the likelihood of a consumer filing bankruptcy within the next 24 months.
