One request returns the full TransUnion File One® mortgage file plus up to 30 months of CreditVision® balance, payment-amount and utilisation history for every revolving and instalment tradeline. The report can be pulled as a hard inquiry for DU®/LPA uploads—or as a soft inquiry for pre-qualification—with exactly the same TUXML 2.45 / REST JSON / MISMO 3.4 schema. DU and most LOSs already map the trended tags, so you gain deeper capacity insight without re-engineering.
