Flood Determination Life of Loan

A guaranteed, FEMA-compliant Flood Zone Determination (SFHDF) that is automatically re-checked after every FEMA map update and community-status change for the full term of the mortgage. All monitoring is driven by ServiceLink’s proprietary CAMSIS database, which consolidates five federal data feeds, then issues e-mail/WebCert alerts, revised certificates and borrower notice letters within 60 days of any status change. Determinations are fully transferable between servicers and backed by a $10 million E&O policy. Delivery options include WebCert UI, REST/XML, MISMO 2.x or SFTP batch, with real-time responses in < 2 seconds for > 90 % of orders.
