Merged Housing & Credit Counseling Credit Report

A soft-inquiry, two- or three-bureau report built expressly for HUD-approved housing- and credit-counseling agencies. One pull merges Experian, Equifax (Beacon 9.0) and TransUnion data, de-duplicates tradelines and inquiries, and appends an educational score plus three reason codes. Because it’s coded with the “housing-counseling” permissible purpose, counselors may print it, review it with the client and leave a copy behind without harming the consumer’s FICO®/Beacon or triggering cross-bureau “trigger mail.” Leading wholesalers (e.g., CRS Credit API, UCS, Avantus) deliver the file in < 3 s via web console, CounselorMax®/HomeKeeper plug-ins, REST/XML or SFTP, at ≈ US $26–35 per borrower.
