Merged Tenant Screening Credit Reports

It’s a resident-screening file that pulls credit data from two (bi-merge) or all three (tri-merge) national CRAs, de-duplicates identical tradelines and inquiries, and then layers in rental-specific items—eviction records, landlord/tenant judgments, SafeRent or ResidentScore risk models, income verification and fraud checks—so property managers see one clean, FCRA-permissible report instead of three raw bureau files.
