Person Civil Court Search (GLBA)

A non-FCRA, GLBA-permissible search that sweeps nationwide municipal, county, state & federal dockets for bankruptcies, tax liens and civil judgments, then applies PitchPoint’s 4-point name-and-address matching to minimize false hits. Results are returned in real-time XML/JSON or PDF through the /pp/glbablj REST endpoint or bulk batch, and you can suppress bankruptcies or set “age ≤ X years” rules to keep alerts actionable. It plugs straight into the same ADV workflow many lenders already use for FCRA fraud tools, but because the data is non-FCRA you can use it for fraud detection, post-closing QC and portfolio monitoring without triggering consumer-disclosure rules.
