Prequalification Credit Report

A soft-inquiry, full-file credit report that lets lenders or marketplaces show a consumer the real credit terms they might qualify for before a formal application—so there’s no score hit and no prescreen-trigger marketing alerts. The service (branded Pre-Qualification, Pre-Qualification PLUS for mortgage, or Prequalification of One for general credit) delivers the entire Equifax File One® trade-line section, inquiries, public-record alerts and optional FICO®/VantageScore® in < 2 s through the Equifax Developer REST/XML API, SFTP batch or MISMO feed. Rules and cut-offs can be hosted by Equifax or your own engine, and you can pull 1-, 2- or 3-bureau merged files with a single flag change.
