Risk View Lien & Judgment Report
An FCRA-permissible supplement (or stand-alone feed) that links federal, state & county tax-lien and civil-judgment filings to an individual consumer through the LexID® entity-resolution engine. Records are refreshed nightly, scored for match-confidence and returned in XML/JSON, batch flat-file or PDF formats. The report restores the lien-and-judgment visibility that disappeared from the “Big-3” credit files in 2017, giving lenders and collectors an early-warning view of emerging default risk.
