An FCRA-permissible alternative-credit file that fills the lien-and-judgment gap left by the big three bureaus and expands coverage to ≈ 99 % of U.S. adults by adding public-record, utility, telco, payday-loan and professional-license data. The report arrives in real-time JSON/XML, batch flat-file or PDF and can include the three-digit RiskView Optics / Spectrum Score and 350 + ready-made attributes, giving lenders a richer, forward-looking view of thin-file and “credit-invisible” applicants without sacrificing compliance.
