Flood Determination

ServiceLink National Flood (SLNF) delivers guaranteed, FEMA-compliant Flood Zone Determinations (FZDs) in seconds and, when lenders choose the Life-of-Loan (LOL) option, monitors every map change for the term of the mortgage. Output is the standard FEMA SFHDF plus optional aerial map overlays, borrower notice letters and census/BFE data, available via WebCert UI, XML/REST, SFTP or MISMO-2.x feeds. All determinations are backed by SLNF’s proprietary CAMSIS database and a $10 million E&O policy.
