Offer Terms & Conditions:
The $500 referral reward (the “Referral Gift”) will be provided for a third party referred to Credit Reporting Services Inc. (“CRS Group Inc.”) who (a) successfully completes the onboarding process, (b) begins actively using CRS Group Inc. services within 120 days of the referral date, and (c) maintains their account in compliance through the end of 120 days (this includes successfully completing at least one month of invoicing and payment of associated fees) (a “Referred Customer”).
A “Referred Customer” excludes any third party that, as of the referral date:
1. Is already under contract with Credit Reporting Services Inc. or was previously under contract.
2. Possesses a current proposal for Credit Reporting Services Inc. services.
3. Has had one or more demonstrations or substantive communications with CRS representatives in the past six (6) months.
4. Has been previously referred by another person or entity.
Credit Reporting Services Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any referred party at its sole discretion. Additionally, the referred party must meet a minimum usage threshold ($500) to be considered as “actively using CRS Group Inc. services. All determinations of whether a referral qualifies as a “Referred Customer” will be made by Credit Reporting Services Inc., and this decision will be considered final.
You are responsible for any tax liability related to the Referral Gift. Please consult a tax advisor with any questions regarding how this reward could affect your taxes.
This offer is subject to change or cancellation at any time at Credit Reporting Services Inc.’s sole discretion without notice. You are eligible to receive one (1) Referral Gift per Referred Customer.
Please allow up to ninety (120) days after the Referred Customer’s onboarding completion to receive your Referral Gift.
